I love to travel. There is nothing like embarking on a new adventure to bring your family closer together. All of our adventures don’t have to be huge though. We have a great time going to semi-local amusement parks or waterparks for a day too!

CAA can help make those big and small trips more affordable. With a CAA Membership, you qualify for savings on flights, hotels, cruises, vacation packages and even car rentals. I wanted to see what savings I could find for flights through CAA, so I set up a flight search on the CAA site for a round trip flight from Toronto to Orlando on Nov.1st – 6th. I set up the same search on a website that is meant to find the cheapest flights. The lowest cost flight on CAA was $409 round trip, while the lowest cost flight on the other site was $443 round trip. That $34 can really add up if you are purchasing tickets for an entire family!

CAA offers savings for day trips too. Members can purchase discounted tickets to Canada’s Wonderland, the Ontario Science Center and several other Ontario locations. I think I am going to look into some discounted tickets to Cineplex Theaters! CAA Members can also get savings for the big theme parks like Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

You can win a trip and also several daily prizes by playing the “THE GAME OF LIFE–CAA Life-side Assistance Edition”. You can log in to play every day from now until November 18th, 2012 for a chance to win. You even have the chance to win a family trip to Disney! This contest is only open to South Central Ontario Residents; here is a map to locate the area
