Working out with Matt Nichol at the BioSteel Women’s Training Day was a real eye opener. He was a great coach. That day, most of us realized that we were out of shape and that we needed to get on a plan.
That evening I downloaded Under Armour’s MyFitnessPal app. on my iPhone. Tracking my calories and exercise is essential to success! I also know that if you don’t track your calories you really don’t realize just how much you are eating each day.
I go through cycles of fitness. I am either fit or I am not. It is pretty black and white. I really need to change that. I am at the age where I must make it part of my daily routine so that I stay healthy. When I do ramp up, it normally means a trip to my sporting store to pick up new pair of kicks. During the BioSteel Women’s Training Day, all apparel and footwear was provided by Under Armour.
