We are heading into week 2 of the #CarlsCrew and SUBWAY® Canada Commit to Fit Challenge! This week Carl takes us on our first physical challenge and focus on core strength. Sometimes we can forget how important core muscles are in our body – especially in our backs!

This week, Carl challenges us to hold a one-minute plank (or longer if we are up to it) on five days of the week. This is actually a lot harder than it sounds once you start feeling the burn! You can find inspiration in this week’s #MondayMotivation video through Carl’s vine video below!

No matter if this is a first work out or you have some experience, according to Carl, the core is a great place to start! Let’s get to work!
