Upon the conclusion of the second annual ShesConnected Conference it continues to be apparent that no matter what you call them, bloggers mommy bloggers or digital women, this segment of bloggers has a significant level of influence when it comes to your brand.
Creating relationships with these digital women is critical. Learning about them and understanding how to work with them is essential for all brands today. ShesConnected believes that through ongoing engagement, brands can build meaningful connections with some of the most influential and well connected digital women in Canada.
This year we hosted over 200 highly connected, pre-selected women to participate in our two day conference. Our sponsors participated in an amazing expo area, where they were able to engage directly with these influencers. We also generated an impressive 53,000 posts using the #SCCTO hashtag from July –October. Many of our sponsors trended during our pre-event twitter parties, further re-enforcing the influence of our bloggers. And we are excited to continue the dialogue into November with our final conference related Twitter party.
I hope that this is just the beginning of your relationship with these bloggers. Now that we’ve made the introduction, we hope that you will continue to work to develop your connections and expand your relationship with the even larger blogging universe.
